KULGAM: Minister Sakeena Itoo inaugurated the newly built Primary Health Centre in Devsar, Kulgam, today. The event saw participation from MLA Devsar, Peerzada Feroz Ahmad, senior district administration officials, and a large local turnout.
Itoo underscored the importance of the new PHC, stating that it will enhance the availability of quality healthcare services for the local community. She expressed her commitment to strengthening health infrastructure in rural and remote areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
